.In 1966 the original owner of this Mustang was in high school in Louisville, Kentucky when she bought this car. She drove it, and kept it garaged until she died in 2002. Her son kept the car for ten years, but he didn't like it and drove it less than 200 miles total. I bought the car from him in 2012, it had less than 84,000 actual miles on it. This is how it looked when I bought it, his mother removed the dual exhaust, because she didn't like the loud sound of it. 

The early A-Code engine was the "other" high output engine. The A-Code was not a common option. It came equipped with a 4-barrel carburetor. The A-Code was one of two engines options available for Mustang GT models.
